The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining robotic infrastructure, including data and control transmission pipelines between PC and robot hardware. The work will involve reproducing and adapting locomotion, navigation, and teleoperation policies from existing research pipelines. The candidate will contribute to system development, maintain clear technical documentation, and support preparation of research findings for publication. The ideal candidate will exhibit the following characteristics: Ability to read and reproduce results from robotics/ML research papers and codebases Ability to communicate technical progress clearly, both orally and in writing Ability to manage time effectively across development and documentation tasks Specific duties will include: Designing and maintaining robotic infrastructure for data and control transmission between PC and robot platforms Reproducing existing locomotion, navigation, and teleoperation policies and pipelines from published research or open-source repositories Debugging and validating sim-to-real and sim-to-sim transfer of control policies Maintaining version-controlled documentation of infrastructure, pipelines, and experimental configurations Assisting with preparation of research documentation, technical reports, and manuscripts for publication Coordinating with lab members (PhD and MS students) on shared infrastructure and pipeline dependencies
