Technical Analyst (AMK)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Analyst who can support system implementation, technical analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-domain collaboration. This role requires someone who can understand the system architecture end-to-end, investigate complex issues, contribute to implementation activities when required, and help improve the overall quality, maintainability, and operational stability of the system.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of frontend, backend, and supporting system components to ensure system functionality and stability
• Participate in feature implementation, enhancements, defect fixes, testing activities, and code reviews to deliver high-quality software
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze system behavior, identify technical dependencies, and support solution implementation
• Investigate application issues by tracing requests across multiple microservices and system components to identify root causes
• Perform root cause analysis for production and development issues to enable timely resolution
• Analyze logs, APIs, messaging flows, and database interactions to detect and diagnose problems
• Provide technical recommendations to resolve issues and improve system performance and reliability
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, system flows, APIs, integration documents, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures for clear knowledge sharing
• Review business requirements to identify ambiguities, missing information, dependencies, and technical risks proactively
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify functional and technical requirements ensuring alignment and feasibility
• Participate in solution discussions and impact assessments to support informed decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Good programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Node.js to develop and maintain enterprise applications
• Experience developing enterprise applications to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns to apply best practices in development
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems to support complex system environments
• Experience working with REST APIs and service integrations to enable seamless communication between components
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ability to understand complex application architectures and system interactions for effective problem-solving
• Experience analyzing logs and tracing end-to-end system flows to diagnose issues accurately
• Good technical writing and documentation skills to produce clear and concise technical materials
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases to manage and query data effectively
• Familiarity with Solace, Kafka, or other messaging platforms to handle asynchronous communication
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies to collaborate effectively in iterative development cycles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve system quality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and alignment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with Angular to contribute to frontend development
• Experience with Java and Quarkus to enhance backend capabilities
• Experience with Oracle Database and SQL to support database management
• Experience with Keycloak for identity and access management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deployment processes
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Podman to support containerized environments
• Experience working in large enterprise or government projects to navigate complex organizational requirements
