Role Mission

Provide specialised technical expertise to support the integration, operation, and optimisation of FRCS platforms across domains such as Legal, Fraud, Compliance, Audit, and other function-specific systems, ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient end-to-end processes.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver technical solutions and integration support for function-specific FRCS applications (Legal, Fraud, Compliance, Audit, GRC, etc.).

  • Ensure secure, accurate, and compliant data flows between systems.

  • Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and technical enhancements across assigned systems.

  • Translate specialised business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Strengthen system reliability, automation, and process efficiency for non-financial FRCS domains.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations for function-specific platforms (Legal systems, Fraud monitoring tools, GRC solutions, compliance applications, etc.).

  • Manage APIs, middleware workflows, and data transformations to support business needs.

  • Monitor interface health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and integration inventories for assigned platforms.

  • Support upgrades, patches, release cycles, and regression testing.

  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., audit controls, legal requirements, risk mandates).

  • Collaborate with Legal, Fraud, Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams to validate data accuracy and system behaviour.

  • Identify automation and optimisation opportunities within specialised functions.

  • Participate in CAB reviews, incident reports, and post-implementation validations.

  • Coordinate with Infrastructure, IAM, and Security teams to ensure system stability and access integrity.

  • Accuracy and quality of data supporting Legal, Fraud, and Compliance operations.

Ideal Track Record

  • 3–7 years of experience in technical systems support or integration roles.

  • Experience supporting specialised applications (Legal, Fraud, GRC, Compliance, Audit).

  • Hands-on integration experience using APIs, middleware, and automation tools.

  • Strong understanding of data structures, workflow logic, and system interdependencies.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver stable technical solutions.
