  • Integrate and implement clinical software applications and hardware devices as per prescribed methods.
  • Manage and support the infrastructure components associated with clinical applications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting user problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Write comprehensive reports on system performance and issues.
  • Train and retrain end-users on the proper use of clinical software and hardware.
  • Test upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
  • Review, analyze, and modify software and hardware to meet departmental needs.
  • Detect and diagnose problems related to clinical applications and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Technical Analysts II and III for complex issues and projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all system-related activities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in implementing medical devices and their clinical applications is preferred.
  • In lieu of a degree, 3 years of experience in an IT support role can be considered.
  • A High School diploma is required, with an Associate degree or Technical Diploma in a related field being an advantage.
  • Valid New Jersey Driver's License is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities are key for this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A keen interest in healthcare technology and its applications is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
