As a Technical Anchor, you will play a pivotal role in Ford’s digital transformation by bridging cutting-edge AI technologies with robust full-stack engineering.

You will lead a cross-functional product team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software using a modern technology stack, including React, Java/Spring Boot, and DialogFlow.

This role is inherently dual in nature—combining deep expertise in Conversational AI with strong full-stack architectural capabilities. You will craft intuitive, human-like conversational experiences using advanced NLP and LLM frameworks, while ensuring that the underlying systems are scalable, secure, and built on cloud-native principles.

In addition, you will champion a culture of Software Craftsmanship by mentoring engineers in best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming. You will actively explore emerging AI trends and contribute to shaping enterprise-wide technology strategies and innovations.

  • Technical Leadership: Drive the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Conversational AI and full-stack solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  • AI Architecture: Design and implement sophisticated multi-turn conversational flows, oversee NLU/LLM frameworks, and guide the fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment of AI models.
  • Software Craftsmanship: Foster a culture of Agile and Extreme Programming (XP) practices, promoting excellence through Pair Programming, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and resilient CI/CD pipelines.
  • Full-Stack Development: Build and scale modern front-end applications using React and develop robust back-end microservices with Java/Spring Boot, leveraging cloud-native architectures.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize high-impact deliverables, and explore emerging AI trends to drive innovation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Computer Applications (M.C.A.).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a proven track record in technical leadership.
  • Back-End Development: At least 4+ years of experience working with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud.
  • Front-End Development: 4+ years of experience with React, along with 3+ years of exposure to additional frameworks such as Angular or technologies like GraphQL.
  • Cloud & API Development: 3+ years of experience building microservices-based architectures (REST/SOAP) and 2+ years of experience in cloud-native development using platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AI/ML Expertise: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, or LLaMA, including model development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • Frameworks & Tools: Proficiency in NLP and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or spaCy.
  • Conversational AI Platforms: Practical experience with platforms like DialogFlow, Amazon Lex, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
  • Voice Technologies: Familiarity with Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and telephony system integrations.
  • Engineering & Agile Tooling: Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins), testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium), and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace).
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Conversational AI, NLP, or cloud AI platforms (e.g., Google Cloud AI) are highly desirable.
