Technical and Commercial Contract Manager - (human)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and adapt contract documents based on legal-approved templates
Customize agreements to reflect customer-specific requirements, including technical descriptions of products, applications, and deliverables
Define and align key contractual elements such as scope of work, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables
Incorporate commercial terms including pricing, discounts, payment terms, warranty conditions, penalties, and delivery agreements
Collaborate closely with legal, sales, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and consistency
Identify and flag contractual risks or deviations from standard terms
Support negotiations by preparing contract revisions and clarifications
Maintain organized documentation and version control of all contracts
Qualifications
Degree in business administration, law, robotics, or a related field
Experience in contract management, sales operations, or a similar role
Strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms
Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into contractual language
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
