Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes complex Technical and Quality data regarding past, present, and projectedprocess activity.
Builds Access Queries/Tables, combining data from sources such as Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) and Business Intelligence.
Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates KPIs, metrics, and other process performance critical data to ensure the process area is meeting its performance targets.
Ensures enterprise-wide Technical and Quality processes and procedures, as well as documented DLMS business rules are adhered to.
Conducts or participates as a senior analyst, in detailed program reviews that involve evaluating, advising on, and improving the effectiveness of a broad range of supply chain programs.
Identifies EBS processes that could benefit from automation and determines the need for an RFC or service ticket.
Prepare detailed written reports containing concise findings and innovative recommendations for improving process and policy effectiveness, enhancing end-user training, or improving system performance.
Conduct Internal Control Reviews (ICRs) in accordance with ODS requirements, to include in-depth analysis and documentation of the review.
