Tenth Revolution Group is partnering with a leading consulting organisation delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes across the UK public sector.

We're seeking an experienced Technical Architect to design and deliver secure, cloud-native solutions that improve public services and citizen experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical architecture across complex digital transformation programmes.
  • Design scalable cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
  • Produce technical designs, architecture patterns, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption of AI, cloud-native technologies, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
  • Ensure compliance with GDS standards, security requirements, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or Solution Architect.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, Java, and/or Python.
  • Knowledge of microservices, serverless, APIs, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC.
  • Understanding of GDS standards, security-by-design, and public sector delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI/GenAI tools and adoption strategies.
  • Existing Security Clearance, or eligibility to obtain clearance.
