The Role

You'll be the architectural authority across the full delivery lifecycle:

• Evaluate and prototype new technologies across software, cloud, and infrastructure
• Create detailed architectural designs and documentation for development teams
• Oversee end-to-end system integration, ensuring new solutions connect seamlessly with existing platforms
• Champion engineering best practices - Agile, CI/CD, IaC, SOLID principles, and Microservices
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve complex challenges
• Guide and mentor developers on design standards and architectural frameworks

What We're Looking For

• At least 8 years in software development (Dotnet and C#), with 4+ years in an architecture or technical design role
• Hands-on experience with event-driven and streaming architectures, including Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
• Solid proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless application development
• Familiarity with IT security, infrastructure, and governance principles
• AWS cloud experience; architecture certifications are advantageous
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
