TECHNICAL ARCHITECT (IDENTITY SOLUTIONS)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect specializing in Identity Solutions to design, develop and maintain enterprise identity architecture. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in IAM, IGA, PAM, system integration, infrastructure security and enterprise identity management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the technical architecture across IAM, IGA, PAM and Identity Management Services (IMS).

• Develop, review and validate technical architecture and integration designs.

• Ensure configurations are consistent with approved architecture and technical standards.

• Design scalable, secure and highly available identity solutions.

• Ensure system resilience, performance, capacity and security.

• Guide technical teams and review proposed technical changes.

• Support system upgrades, migrations and integrations.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide remediation solutions.

• Support major incident investigations and recommend technical improvements.

• Plan and guide the technical lifecycle evolution of Identity Services.

• Ensure technical documentation and configuration standards are maintained.

Required Technical Skills

• Enterprise Identity Architecture.

• Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

• Privileged Access Management (PAM).

• Identity Management Services (IMS).

• Enterprise system integration.

• High Availability (HA) and disaster recovery concepts.

• Performance monitoring and capacity management.

• System troubleshooting and technical tuning.

• Configuration management and design reviews.

• Upgrade and migration planning.

• Security architecture and infrastructure integration.

Required Certifications

• CISSP or equivalent certification is mandatory.

• Relevant identity services product certifications are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Identity Services Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in a lead architectural role for systems of similar scale.

• Strong experience designing enterprise IAM, IGA and PAM solutions.

• Experience with complex integrations and enterprise security architecture.

• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
