Technical Architect II, Amazon Leo LX

Key job responsibilities
Training Design & Development: Design, build, and maintain instructor-led trainings (ILTs) and blended learning curricula aligned to Leo LX standards and operational needs.
Facilitation & Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions to technicians, supervisors, and leaders across multiple sites
Content Collaboration: Partner with the Content Creation Team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and iterate on training materials, job aids, and learning resources.
Program Scaling: Support the rollout and scaling of training programs across the Leo ProdOps network, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery at each site.
Continuous Improvement: Leverage Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities for improving training effectiveness, learner engagement, and operational performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with site leadership and operational teams on scheduling, shift coverage, and training logistics to maximize participation and minimize disruption.
Metrics & Reporting: Track training completion, learner feedback, and program KPIs to measure impact and inform data-driven improvements to the learning experience.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all training content meets organizational compliance requirements and aligns with Leo LX branding and quality standards.
