Job Title: Technical Architect Microsoft Copilot

Experience: 12+ Years
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Job Description:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 2 to 3 years in Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio / Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Strong expertise in Copilot architecture, setup, configuration, administration, and governance.
• Hands-on experience in MCP integration, standard and custom connector development.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, LLM, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and Multi-Agent Orchestration.
• Expertise in Agent Flows, Adaptive Cards, Generative Answers, Custom Prompts, and Conversation Management.
• 5+ years of experience in REST APIs, OAuth, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience integrating Copilot with enterprise applications, preferably Veeva and Workday.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Understanding of Entra ID, enterprise security, governance, CI/CD, ALM, and Azure DevOps.
• Python knowledge required; JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET, and Semantic Kernel are added advantages.
