What you'll do

• Construction management
• Project design
• Drafting of budgets and certifications
• Construction supervision

• Relations with the Project Management and clients
• Monitoring and control of activities, planning of the same, compliance with current regulations, operating manuals
• Organization of work teams

Education & certifications

• You possess a degree in Technical Architecture or a Degree in Building (MECES level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
• Training in Microsoft Project
• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention of at least 60 hours

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to incorporate 2 Technical Architects or Graduates in Building to provide support for works in the Community of Madrid.

Specific Requirements

• Proficiency in Presto
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT or similar

Previous Experience

• From 1 month to 1 year performing functions as a construction technician for construction management under an employment contract
• From 1 month to 1 year of experience in project design under an employment contract
• From 1 month to 1 year of experience in drafting budgets and certifications under an employment contract
• From 1 month to 1 year of experience in construction supervision under an employment contract
• From 1 month to 1 year of experience in the preparation of Quality Plans under an employment contract
• From 1 month to 1 year of experience in Organization of work teams under an employment contract

Remarks

• We offer:
  
  -Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, extendable up to a total of 12 months; and/or continuity options through a replacement contract to temporarily cover 2 positions of Tragsa Middle Technician until the Tasa selection process for their definitive coverage is completed.
