Technical Architects or Technical Engineers - Purchasing Department (Toledo)

What you'll do

• Functions specific to the Purchasing Department, such as the preparation of tender specifications
• Study of offers received from bidders
• Verification and control of the documentation submitted by bidders
• Processing of tenders on the Public Sector Procurement Platform
• Assistance to the technicians of the Regional Managements regarding the preparation of tender specifications, criteria to be indicated therein, etc.

Education & certifications

• You hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, a Degree in Building/Building Engineering, or a Degree in a Technical Engineering and Architecture specialty (MECES level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
• Training in purchasing management

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 2 Technical Architects or Technical Engineers for the Purchasing Department in Toledo.

As 1 position remains to be filled, the deadline is being extended from 26/10/2026 to 29/10/2026 at 23:59 (peninsular time).

Specific Requirements

Previous Experience

• At least 3 months performing functions in the Purchasing department of Public/Private Companies

Other Essential Requirements

• Valid type B driver's license

Other Meritorious Factors

• Proven experience with the Public Sector Procurement Platform
• Proven experience with the Public Sector Contracts Law
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft software

Remarks

• We offer:
  - A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension, if applicable.
