Join us full-time at our stunning office located in the heart of Krakow! Situated in a historic building just steps away from the vibrant city center, our workspace blends timeless charm with modern amenities, providing an inspiring setting for your personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the art and development teams to ensure seamless integration of assets.

  • Ensure that all visual assets are optimized for performance without compromising quality.

  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to graphics and animations to ensure performance across a variety of mobile devices.

  • Create both 2D and 3D animations to improve the overall user experience.

  • Develop and implement particle effects using Unity's Particle System.

  • Create and optimize shaders using Amplify Shader or custom HLSL shaders to enhance visual quality.

  • Assist in prototyping visual effects to enhance gameplay.

  • Stay up to date with the latest Unity features and best practices.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in game development.

  • Proficiency in optimizing assets for mobile performance (Android and iOS).

  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Experience with particle systems (Particle System).

  • Knowledge of Unity UI and its performance optimization techniques

  • Strong knowledge of Unity's shader systems (Amplify Shader, HLSL, both built-in rendering and Universal Render Pipeline).

  • Experience with lighting in Unity.

  • Understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, squash & stretch).

  • Basic knowledge of 3D modeling tools (Blender).

  • Experience with using version control system (Git)

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with C# scripting for custom tools and workflows.

  • Knowledge of asset pipelines and performance profiling.
