Technical Business Analyst - 12 month contract
Summary
Technical Business Analyst gathers and documents requirements for a NSW Government PEGA and Spatial/GIS platform transformation, using BPMN/UML and Agile tools.
Salary: $800-$900 per day + SA

- Experience with Spatial/GIS platforms highly desired
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document requirements across PEGA, Spatial/GIS, integration and cloud environments.
- Facilitate workshops and produce process models using BPMN, UML and Visio.
- Analyse and improve business processes, workflows and data management practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and testers to ensure successful delivery.
- Define integration requirements, data flows and system interfaces.
- Support solution design, testing, validation and implementation activities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process maps, user stories and technical artefacts.
- Strong experience working on PEGA implementations, upgrades or workflow automation projects.
- Experience with Spatial/GIS platforms and spatial data-driven solutions.
- Strong process modelling skills using BPMN, UML or Visio.
- Experience with SQL, data mapping and data analysis.
- Strong Agile delivery experience with JIRA and Confluence.
