Summary

Technical Business Analyst gathers and documents requirements for a NSW Government PEGA and Spatial/GIS platform transformation, using BPMN/UML and Agile tools.

Salary: $800-$900 per day + SA

We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major transformation program delivering solutions across PEGA, Spatial/GIS platforms, integrations and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyse and document requirements across PEGA, Spatial/GIS, integration and cloud environments.
  • Facilitate workshops and produce process models using BPMN, UML and Visio.
  • Analyse and improve business processes, workflows and data management practices.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and testers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Define integration requirements, data flows and system interfaces.
  • Support solution design, testing, validation and implementation activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process maps, user stories and technical artefacts.
Essential Experience
  • Strong experience working on PEGA implementations, upgrades or workflow automation projects.
  • Experience with Spatial/GIS platforms and spatial data-driven solutions.
  • Strong process modelling skills using BPMN, UML or Visio.
  • Experience with SQL, data mapping and data analysis.
  • Strong Agile delivery experience with JIRA and Confluence.
