Technical Business Analyst | Digital Health & HL7 FHIR
Lead complex business analysis supporting digital health initiatives, service modernisation and policy implementation, with a strong focus on interoperability, HL7 FHIR, requirements and stakeholder engagement.

Location: QLD, NSW, ACT
Contract Duration: 8 months, with possible 12 month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline

Essential Tasks

• Lead discovery, requirements elicitation, process modelling, impact assessments and business analysis activities.
• Translate digital health standards, HL7 FHIR and interoperability requirements into clear business requirements and outcomes.
• Analyse business processes, risks, dependencies and impacts to develop practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder consultation and collaboration across business, policy, technical and delivery teams.

Key Criteria

• Strong experience leading complex business analysis, requirements and business process improvement activities.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across complex environments.
• Understanding of digital health standards, interoperability principles and HL7 FHIR.
• Sound knowledge of Agile delivery, system development lifecycles and contemporary digital platforms.
