Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements:- Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Exposure to system integrations, data flows and enterprise platforms
- Awareness or interest in data analytics, AI and emerging technologies
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN/UML modelling tools and SQL would be advantageous
- Applicants must be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance
- Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements
- Produce user stories, process flows, specifications and acceptance criteria
- Support solution design, feasibility assessments and technical decision-making
- Work with stakeholders to maximise value from data, analytics and AI initiatives
- Support integration, data mapping and enterprise platform projects
- Define test scenarios and support UAT activities
- Investigate technical issues and contribute to sustainable solutions
