Technical Business Analyst
EBIS is looking for a Business Analyst with Technical Mindset on behalf of our international client, Eqology, a Norwegian company specializing in premium dietary supplements and operating across European and US markets. The company has an established office in Kraków, Poland, and is continuously investing in data-driven decision-making, modern analytics solutions, and AI-powered business initiatives.
In this role you will serve as a bridge between business and technology, supporting reporting initiatives, analytics projects, and data-driven transformation across the organization. Must Have
- 3-5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Technical Consultant, or similar role.
- Experience working in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or related IT projects.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Good understanding of KPI development, reporting processes, and business performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience working with reporting and analytical solutions.
- Ability to interpret business data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience facilitating workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (B2/C1 level).
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem solutions such as Azure, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience working with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of data modelling and modern data platforms.
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
