Technical Business Analyst

Salary: $850 + super

Technical Business Analyst required with integration, application and API experience, with Insurance Claims experience. This is initially a 6 month contract with the view to extend.

This is a Claim program is transforming the claims experience through the use of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital capabilities. The program delivers AI-enabled solutions that simplify and accelerate claim handling, improve decision quality, reduce manual effort, and enhance customer and employee experiences across the Claims value chain.
Working across multiple squads, Claim integrates AI, data, workflow automation, and enterprise platforms to deliver scalable, governed, and operationally sustainable outcomes while meeting responsible AI, risk, and regulatory obligations.

• We are seeking a strong business focused Technical Business Analyst with proven Claims experience.
• The successful candidate must be comfortable operating between business stakeholders, developers, architects, and testers, translating complex business problems into clear requirements, process flows, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Experience in claims processes, AI, workflow orchestration and integrations is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to challenge assumptions, resolve ambiguity, and ensure solutions deliver business value while meeting governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
• You should be equally comfortable engaging with frontline business teams and technical delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
