Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in the life insurance industry to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience analyzing business processes, documenting technical requirements, and collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful system implementation and enhancements.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Life insurance industry experience is required.
Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
Knowledge of business process mapping, workflow analysis, and system documentation.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Experience working with developers, QA teams, system analysts, and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Willing to work full onsite in Ortigas.
