- Led advisory and execution support across a broad range of investment transactions, including performing and non-performing loan portfolios, real estate investments, middle-market transactions, and specialty financing engagements.
- Owned end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely execution, high-quality outcomes, and adherence to project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Directed and supervised implementation teams throughout product implementation and post-implementation phases, driving seamless integration, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
- Performed ad hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting to address client-specific requirements and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Served as the primary liaison between clients and development teams, acting as a Business Analyst for platform enhancements, client change requests, and issue management to ensure effective communication and delivery.
- Functioned as an extension of client asset management teams by supporting financial due diligence, asset management reporting, post-deal performance analysis, and strategic business planning initiatives.

Requirements
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate degree with specialization in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; B.E./B.Tech preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing technology-driven solutions, with a strong ability to leverage technology to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA/Macros, and SQL (intermediate to advanced level required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a logical, analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in fast-paced environments while demonstrating resilience and adaptability under pressure.
- Strong interest in and understanding of technology, supported by relevant professional experience. Prior exposure to development or IT roles will be considered a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of Loan Servicing and Alternative Investments across various asset classes, including:
- Asset-Based Lending (ABL)
- Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
- Middle-Market Financing
- Asset-Based Lending (ABL)
- Exposure to EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and US financial markets and investment products will be preferred.
