Summary
A Technical Business Analyst bridges business and technical teams to define, document, and deliver requirements for government projects, focusing on data architecture, cloud platforms, and process modeling.
Salary: $110 - $130 per hour (inc super)
- QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW. WFH hybrid
- 12 + 12-month contract (Baseline security clearance required)
- Lead the development of business and technical requirements
Our client, a Federal Government entity is seeking Technical Business Analysts.
About the role - Technical Business Analysts
The role collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to define, document, and deliver high-quality business and technical requirements aligned to target architecture and business outcomes.
Duties - Technical Business Analysts
- Develop and maintain traceability frameworks linking deliverables to business outcomes
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, data flows, and process models (current and future state)
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs
Skills / Experience - Technical Business Analysts
- Experience implementing cloud data platforms and/or analytics solutions, including data architecture (data models, ETL, governance, security)
- Proven ability to document complex data flows and business processes
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
