As the Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will lead analysis across discovery, solution design, delivery, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement. They will bring structure to ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions constructively, influence decision-making, and ensure technology solutions are aligned to commercial priorities, operational efficiency, architectural principles, and long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an effective Product Owner for the team.
- Gather and manage requirements.
- Work closely with developers and technical teams.
- Troubleshooting and system configuration.
- Data mapping and data modelling.
- Testing ownership and coordination.
- Analyse technical issues and identify root causes.
- Understand integrations and interactions between systems.

- Can understand databases and data structures.
- Can write simple SQL queries/ REST APIs
