About the Role
Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Technical Business Analyst role just for you! In this position, you'll provide business analysis support for the end-to-end delivery of business software solutions while supporting critical applications, systems, and devices across the business.
- Deliver business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing, software configuration and deployment.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions that drive operational improvements.
- Support and enhance business applications, integrations, Power Platform solutions, SharePoint environments and Power BI reporting.
- Manage application support, troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development and enhancement of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to automate processes and improve reporting capability.
- Utilise SQL and other tools to extract data.
- Develop technical documentation, training materials and user guides while collaborating with vendors and business teams to deliver quality outcomes.
- Provide support for Android and iOS devices as required, including setting up MDM and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years' experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements, configuring applications and delivering software projects.
- Strong knowledge of Business Analysis, system integrations, APIs and solution delivery.
- Intermediate to advanced SharePoint administration and SQL skills.
- Proficiency with Power Platform, Power BI and data analysis tools.
- Ability to develop technical documentation, reports and dashboards, with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Understanding of system architecture, data modelling, data governance and data strategy would be advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
