The Opportunity
These roles will lead business and data analysis across the project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution design, testing and implementation. You will play a key role in translating business needs into clear requirements, assessing system and data impacts, and supporting successful delivery across a complex technology environment.
One role has a strong focus on business and data analysis, vendor solution assessment and business decision-making. The other has a greater emphasis on requirements governance, acceptance criteria, dependencies and technical data analysis across modern cloud platforms.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead business analysis activities from discovery through to delivery and implementation.
- Elicit, document and validate business, data, reporting, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyse business processes, data flows, integrations and upstream/downstream system impacts.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, data specialists and vendors to support solution design and delivery.
- Evaluate solution options, identify gaps and dependencies, and support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews, maintain requirements traceability and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Identify and manage delivery risks, governance, privacy and compliance considerations.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, validation and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Experience analysing data, business processes, system integrations and reporting requirements.
- The ability to assess solution options and understand impacts across interconnected systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting testing, implementation and end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong technical data analysis experience within modern cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with Azure Databricks and an understanding of data platforms, data flows and refresh requirements.
- Experience defining data metrics, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements, including performance and availability.
