Technical Buyer - Indirect Procurement (m/f/d)
- Strategically procure indirect materials and services across CAPEX and OPEX categories.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong internal networks with stakeholders and external networks with suppliers.
- Understand market conditions and market dynamics, particularly in the area of indirect materials.
- Identify KPIs, tools, and processes to optimize procurement, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with technical departments and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, internal processes, and quality standards, such as IFS.
- Contribute to the further development of the procurement organization to achieve its objectives and targets and support the overall J&L EMEA sourcing strategy.
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in strategic procurement.
- Strong technical understanding of the assigned CAPEX and OPEX categories.
- An independent, accountable, and proactive approach to work.
- Fluent German and English skills with strong negotiation capabilities; French language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP MM and MS Office.
- A strong team player with a willingness to collaborate in partly international teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
