The Role
This is a co-founder role, not a contractor engagement. You will own the technical vision, make architectural decisions, and build the product from prototype to App Store. The business founder brings 15+ years building subscription products at three major fitness platforms including Peloton. You bring the iOS engineering.

What's on the Table
8–10% equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff) $40K cash over 16 weeks (milestone-based retainer, M1–M4) CTO title Post-raise, CTO compensation moves to market rate — the $40K is the pre-seed sacrifice period, not the long-term structure At $1.5M pre-money, 10% = $150K in paper value today. At a $50M exit that's $5M.
