Salary: ₱20 – ₱30 per month

Technical Consultant (On-Site)

We are looking for candidates with experience in IT, enterprise applications, technical support, systems implementation, or hospitality technology.

Key Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant IT, technical support, enterprise application, implementation, or hospitality technology experience

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

• Experience or knowledge of Windows Server environments

• Basic knowledge of networking, databases, and system troubleshooting

• SQL/database experience is an advantage

• Experience with enterprise software implementation or technical support

• OPERA or other hotel PMS experience is an advantage

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer-facing communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support enterprise hospitality technology solutions

• Support system implementations, integrations, and go-live activities

• Troubleshoot application, server, connectivity, and integration issues

• Work with third-party systems, interfaces, partners, and vendors

• Assist with end-user training and technical knowledge transfer

• Prepare technical documentation and project deliverables
