We're hiring: Technical Consultant - Clamp Connectors Expert (Oil & Gas sector)
At The Key Talent, we are partnering with a leading industrial company to find a seasoned professional with solid experience in the development of clamp connectors for the Oil & Gas sector.
This is not a hands-on engineering role. We are looking for a technical consultant who has successfully led similar developments and can transfer knowledge to guide the client's internal team in building a new product catalog.
What's the challenge?
What you'll do
Act as a remote freelance advisor to the technical team, contributing your expertise across key areas such as design, certification, production, and inspection, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What we're looking for
Proven experience developing clamp connectors for Oil & Gas (design, certification, production, inspection).
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian standards (Aramco - SAMSS).
Understanding of the supply chain for key components (bolts, gaskets, etc.).
Market knowledge: common materials and critical applications for clamp systems.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Nice to have
Ideally, experience with North Sea regulations (Equinor).
How you'll work
Willingness to travel occasionally (to client sites or other locations).
