Technical Consultant - Cloud Solutions

Responsibilities

• Work with enterprise and government customers to understand their needs and recommend the right cloud solutions.

• Lead technical discussions, solution design, presentations, and Proof of Concept (POC) projects.

• Support sales teams with technical proposals, solution documents, and cloud cost estimates.

• Design cloud solutions covering infrastructure, networking, security, storage, and compute.

• Work with Sales, Product, Technical Operations, and technology partners to deliver hybrid and multi-cloud solutions.

• Join customer meetings and technical workshops in Thai and English.

• Explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and business customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or Cloud Consulting.

• Strong experience with cloud platforms and cloud architecture such as AWS, Azure, or OCI.

• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, storage, and compute.

• Experience working with enterprise or government customers.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Able to speak and communicate confidently in English with customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Cloud certification is a plus.
