Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Work on Sales and Customer Service modules
• Develop customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows
• Build and automate business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Hands on power automate and integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements
  
  

Required Skills:

• 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
• Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Good understanding of CRM Security Model and Data Model
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
