Technical Consultant ERP / PLM

Salary: Rp 45,000,000 – Rp 50,000,000 per month

About the role

As a Technical Consultant, you will understand customer business requirements and perform gap analysis to identify suitable system solutions. You will translate business requirements into solution mapping, system design, and software configuration, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer business requirements and perform gap analysis to identify suitable system solutions
• Translate business requirements into solution mapping, system design, and software configuration
• Configure and customize software solutions using technologies such as XML, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Support data migration, data loading, and data import activities before system go-live
• Prepare technical documentation for system integration and support integration between the platform and customer systems such as ERP
• Troubleshoot technical and integration issues together with customers and internal teams
• Support UAT, system testing, implementation, and go-live activities across multiple projects
• Work closely with both technical and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through self-learning and on-the-job training

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, system implementation, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technology role
• Strong understanding of the software/system implementation lifecycle
• Experience working directly with customers and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with XML
• Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with SQL such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Experience with Pseudo-code / Regular Expressions
• Knowledge of REST API is an advantage
• Understanding of cloud platforms and SaaS environments; AWS knowledge is a plus
