We're looking for a Technical Consultant to support the delivery of technical solutions by assisting with integrations, data migration, system configuration, and testing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional looking to expand their expertise in SaaS implementations, technical consulting, and customer-focused project delivery while working with a diverse range of clients and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support software implementation and technical delivery activities.
• Assist with data preparation, validation, and platform configuration.
• Support integration setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and project records.
• Collaborate with project teams and customer stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate technical issues, risks, or defects when needed.
• Deliver assigned tasks in line with agreed standards and timelines.
• Continuously build knowledge of SaaS platforms, integrations, and technical consulting practices.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or a related technical role.
• Knowledge of software configuration, databases, integrations, or SaaS applications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and thrive in a collaborative environment.
