Technical Consultant in Consulting, Auditing and Process Validation

What you'll do

• Planning, execution, and delivery of technical services focused on Food Safety, Quality, and Sustainability.
• Conducting technical product studies (shelf life, transformation factors, sensory evaluations, label reviews, ad hoc…).
• Conducting technical process studies (process validation, environmental monitoring, analytical method validation...).
• Participation in projects, initiatives, and cross-functional working groups.

What we're looking for

Education: Intermediate or higher degree in Engineering or Life Sciences: Food Science and Technology/Food Engineering/Agri-Food Engineering/Biology/Veterinary Science/Chemistry.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting roles or managing Food Safety, Quality, and Sustainability areas.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food industry involved in the transformation of fishery and aquaculture products.

Knowledge and experience

• Advanced knowledge of production processes in the seafood sector.
• Advanced knowledge of new product development.
