Technical Consultant (Insurance Consulting, Pre or Post Sales, Permanent WFH, up to $11.5k) (ID: 715461)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to clients across the Asia-Pacific region through remote and on-site engagements.
• Support pre-sales activities by preparing responses to proposals, tenders, and information requests.
• Deliver client projects under the guidance of a Senior Consultant.
• Recommend and develop customised technical solutions where required.
• Manage multiple client matters, including support tickets and active projects.
• Build effective working relationships with product support, development, research, and delivery teams.
• Develop detailed knowledge of assigned products and related technologies.
• Contribute insights to product strategy and identify opportunities to improve processes and solutions.
• Travel within the region as required for client and project engagements.

Requirements:

• Degree-level qualification or substantial relevant industry experience.
• More than five years of experience in a hands-on technical role involving direct client and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing client relationships and supporting project delivery.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to assess unfamiliar client environments and technology stacks with limited initial information.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple client issues and projects.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive approach to learning and independently developing technical knowledge.
