Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX
About the role
This role involves implementing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Dynamics AX environments across Development, UAT and Production settings. You will perform technical deployment, environment setup and production troubleshooting, while supporting Dynamics AX 2012 technical components and working with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) for environment management.
Key responsibilities
Implement, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Dynamics AX environments
Support Development, UAT and Production environments
Perform technical deployment, environment setup and production troubleshooting
Support Dynamics AX 2012 technical components, including AOS, SQL Server, SSRS, service accounts and related infrastructure
Work with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and D365 environment management
Coordinate with Functional Consultants, Developers, Project Managers and customers' IT teams
Investigate technical incidents and provide solutions, workarounds and technical recommendations
Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures and environment information
About you
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics AX 2012
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Windows Server and Dynamics environment administration
Experience in deployment, troubleshooting and production support
Good understanding of infrastructure, authentication, certificates and networking fundamentals
Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Able to work independently and communicate with customers' IT teams
