Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant specializing in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to lead critical implementation and administration initiatives within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert, ensuring the seamless integration, optimization, and governance of complex financial planning and reporting ecosystems. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving digital transformation efforts, enhancing data accuracy, and empowering stakeholders with robust self-service analytics capabilities. This position demands a deep understanding of the Oracle EPM Cloud suite, with a focus on architecture, customization, and performance tuning to support high-volume financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end administration and lifecycle management of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Consolidation, and Account Reconciliation.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex business logic using Groovy scripting to automate calculations, workflows, and data validation processes.
- Architect and implement secure data integration solutions utilizing REST and SOAP APIs to facilitate real-time data exchange between EPM systems and external platforms.
- Define and configure sophisticated data management strategies, including the creation of custom data load rules and transformation logic to ensure data integrity.
- Enable and support end-users in leveraging Smart View for offline analysis, reporting, and data entry, providing training and troubleshooting assistance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reporting frameworks to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant management reports.
- Manage the configuration and administration of specific cloud modules such as ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud), PCMCS (Planning, Cost Management, and Consolidation), and EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud).
- Conduct system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to maintain high availability and responsiveness for critical financial processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience within the IT Services industry, with a specialized focus on Oracle EPM technologies.
- Proven expertise in Oracle EPM Application Administration across multiple cloud environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Groovy scripting for customizing business rules and workflows.
- Strong technical background in designing and consuming REST APIs and SOAP APIs for system integration.
- Hands-on experience with Data Management tools and the ability to author complex Data Load Rules.
- Demonstrated capability in configuring and supporting Oracle Smart View for Office.
- Extensive knowledge of Financial Reporting features and best practices within the Oracle ecosystem.
- Specific implementation and administration experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, ARCS, PCMCS/EPCM, and EDMCS modules.
