Technical Consultant (SQL)

Our product HRnet is a leading Human Resources Information System (designed and developed as a Web application), covering Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Travel management and other HR modules and processes.
The Role
We are looking for a Technical Consultant (SQL) to join our growing team in Croatia. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with a consultative mindset, working closely with developers, business analysts and clients to deliver robust HR technology solutions.
You will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimising SQL-based solutions, supporting system integrations and helping customers maximise the value of the HRnet platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain technical solutions within the HRnet application
Create and optimise SQL procedures, scripts and database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server
Support system integrations and data migration projects for new and existing clients
Collaborate with developers, consultants and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and support phases
Communicate with clients to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
What do you have to offer?
Essential
Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
Strong SQL and database development skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Professional working proficiency in Croatian and English
Nice to have requirements
Experience with data migration and system integration projects
Knowledge of HR, Payroll or Workforce Management processes
Previous experience in software implementation or consulting environments
Experience working with enterprise business applications
