As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Sydney-based team and play a key role in delivering world-class Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS) solutions for our customers.

About the Role

As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with customers, Project Managers, Solutions Architects, Developers, and Support teams to design, configure, and implement supply chain solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will spend time understanding customer operations, translating business requirements into system solutions, and guiding customers through implementation, testing, training, and go-live activities.

This is a hands-on consulting role that combines technology, problem solving, and operational expertise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to understand their warehouse and logistics operations

  • Design and configure WMS and TMS solutions to meet business requirements

  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions

  • Develop solution documentation, process designs, and functional specifications

  • Support system configuration, testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Deliver customer training and knowledge transfer activities

  • Assist with solution deployment and post-go-live support

  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and solution optimisation


What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong operational knowledge with technology implementation experience.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience implementing or supporting WMS, TMS, ERP, or other SaaS business systems

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations and supply chain processes

  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions

  • Exposure to system configuration, testing, and customer training activities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

  • Experience working directly with customers in a consulting, implementation, or project environment

Highly regarded:

  • Exposure to integrations, APIs, EDI, or data migration activities

  • Experience within warehousing, logistics, transport, distribution, or eCommerce fulfilment environments

  • Knowledge of supply chain technology solutions

Location & Travel

This role is based in Sydney and includes a mix of office, remote, and customer-site work.

As part of project delivery, occasional interstate and international travel may be required. Some customer activities may also require work outside standard business hours during implementation and go-live periods.


Eligibility

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have full Australian working rights

  • Be willing to undertake a National Police Check
