Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical content creation, technical writing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, or telecommunications (depending on your company’s field).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging, and audience-appropriate way.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and collaboration tools.
