Technical Coordinator for Lactotropina and Biopharma
Job Description
The Technical Coordinator for Lactotropina and Biopharma in Animal Health is responsible for providing specialized technical support to producers, advisors, distributors, and strategic clients for the portfolio of products and solutions within the national territory, developing solid, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
The role requires strong technical knowledge and advisory skills, the ability to manage complex accounts, and a deep understanding of client needs, actively contributing to business growth by supporting the execution of effective commercial strategies.
Main responsibilities:

Act as the national technical reference for Lactotropina and the company's Biopharma portfolio in the Animal Health area in Chile.

Provide specialized technical support to producers, advisors, distributors, and strategic clients, ensuring the proper and efficient use of the company's solutions.

Conduct technical field visits, evaluating production results, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing action plans for clients.

Support the commercial team in the development of strategic accounts, accompanying high-value visits and providing technical and economic arguments to support the value proposition.

Design and implement training and education programs aimed at clients, distributors, and internal collaborators.

Develop technical materials, protocols, and technology transfer tools that facilitate the adoption of portfolio solutions.

Lead and execute field trials and technical projects, generating local evidence that supports the positioning and growth of Lactotropina and Biopharma.

Analyze production and economic indicators, preparing technical reports and recommendations aimed at improving the productivity and profitability of producers.

Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), universities, consultants, and research centers, strengthening the company's technical positioning in the industry.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and pharmacovigilance processes, promoting best practices in documentation and traceability.
Requirements
Education
- Completed university degree in Veterinary Medicine (mandatory).
Experience
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical-commercial roles, ideally in related industries (Animal Health, pharma, agriculture, or technical consumer goods).

Experience in technical management of Lactotropina and Biopharma and in account and client development.

Experience in livestock and dairy farming is desirable.
Others

Availability for travel within the territory + 50%.

Intermediate English (desirable).
