Technical Delivery Lead (Remote)

Scope: Full Platform (Mobile, Web, Database, Infrastructure Oversight)
Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS platform. You will act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution. You will manage the development team (Mobile, Front-end, Back-end), oversee database integrity, translate business requirements into technical specs, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. Goal: To streamline our development process, launch our new Flutter mobile app, and drive features that increase parent engagement and nursery sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Planning & Analysis: o Receive business requirements from partners.
Convert requirements into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and time/cost estimates.
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value (ROI) and technical debt.
2. Team Management:
Manage 2 Full-Stack Developers and 1 Mobile Developer (Flutter).
Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Unblock developers and ensure code quality standards are met.
3. Technical Oversight:
Oversee database structure, performance, and security best practices.
Manage the migration from Native Mobile Apps to Flutter.
Coordinate with the Infrastructure Lead for server deployments and SSL/Security compliance.
4. Delivery & Quality: o Own the release schedule.
Manage QA testing and bug tracking.
Ensure features are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in Software Development with 2+ years in Technical Management or Product Ownership
Technical Stack: Strong understanding of Flutter, REST/GraphQL APIs, SQL/NoSQL Databases, and Windows/Linux Infrastructure.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand SaaS metrics (Churn, LTV, CAC) and prioritize features that drive revenue.
Communication: Excellent English verbal and written skills for remote coordination.
Autonomy: Proven ability to run a development team without constant supervision.
