Technical Delivery Manager (ASAP Joiner)
About the role
Lead overall delivery management of projects within the portfolio, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines, aligning resources and tracking progress to ensure timely execution. Optimize resource utilization and make decisions on priorities, scope, and allocation appropriate to project scale.
Key responsibilities
Lead overall delivery management of projects within the portfolio, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines, aligning resources and tracking progress to ensure timely execution
Optimize resource utilization and make decisions on priorities, scope, and allocation appropriate to project scale
Identify, monitor, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and critical paths, proactively devising contingency plans and resolving crises
Clear blockers for SMEs and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of project activities
Facilitate retrospectives and post-mortems to capture lessons learned and drive organizational maturity in delivery frameworks
Champion Agile and hybrid delivery practices, applying Scrum, Waterfall, or SAFe frameworks as appropriate
Define and finalize project scope, goals, and success metrics in collaboration with business units, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Establish and enforce governance functions in accordance with enterprise policies, practices, and PMO standards
Monitor and manage project expenses against cost baselines, with senior roles owning budget management and vendor negotiations

Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members, fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices
