Technical Delivery Manager (Banking & Financial Services)

Salary: $10,000 – $14,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end technology delivery within the banking and financial services sector. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, with proven capabilities in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technology delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

• Lead Java application development using Java 8, 11, 17, and 21, with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.

• Oversee application architecture, including microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven solutions.

• Manage database and messaging integrations using Oracle, MySQL, Apache Kafka, and RabbitMQ.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, audit controls, and risk management requirements.

• Drive Agile/Scrum practices, code reviews, technical leadership, release management, and deployment governance.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Monitor delivery performance, manage risks, and provide regular progress reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years in technical delivery management.

• Preferred experience in banking, financial services, digital banking, or large-scale technology programs.

• Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Framework, microservices, RESTful APIs, Oracle, MySQL, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.

• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other Agile certifications are advantageous.
