We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevOps initiatives for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in cloud-native technologies while driving project delivery, stakeholder management, and engineering excellence. We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevOps initiatives for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in cloud-native technologies while driving project delivery, stakeholder management, and engineering excellence. This role requires a leader who can make technical decisions, mentor engineering teams, resolve complex production issues, and ensure the successful execution of mission-critical banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital platforms and cloud solutions for banking clients, ensuring successful solution design, integration, testing, release management, operational readiness, production support, and continuous platform reliability.
• Own project planning, resource allocation, risk management, budgeting, governance, and delivery milestones.
• Enterprise integration across multiple internal and third-party systems.
• Vendor management and coordination with external technology partners.
• Testing governance, including SIT, UAT, and production readiness.
• Release management and release governance.
• Environment management (Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, Production).
• API integration, especially REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Apply hands-on DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, release governance, environment management, and production support to ensure reliable solution delivery.
• Manage cross-functional engineering teams, architects, developers, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and client leadership to define technical roadmaps and delivery strategies.
• Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, release management, and continuous improvement initiative.
• Provide technical leadership in designing, implementing, and supporting highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Architect and manage Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift) environments for enterprise application
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity requirements are met.
• Optimize cloud performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Support application migrations, infrastructure modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Review technical designs, conduct architecture discussions, and provide hands-on guidance for complex technical challenges.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and security best practices.

Prerequisites

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Highly effective communication ability to lead and facilitate discussions across all tiers, including functions like architecture, technical specialists, business analysis, team leaders, client management
• Strong experience delivering enterprise solutions for banking, financial services, fintech, capital markets, or trading platforms.
• Hands-on technical background with the ability to guide engineers and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• DevOps/SRE expert with a proven track record in architecting multi-region, high-availability systems on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Skills : Delivery, Agile / Scrum, Stakeholder Management, AWS Cloud, Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift, Terraform, Docker, Helm), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Linux Administration,, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, CloudWatch, Infrastructure Automation, Incident & Problem Management, DevOps
