Technical Delivery Manager

Experience Requirements

• Total Relevant Experience: 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience.
• Technical Delivery Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements.
• Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments.

• Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Core banking, digital banking

Core Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, Java 17, and Java 21.
• Deep understanding of Core Java concepts, including: Multithreading and ConcurrencyJVM Performance Tuning Collections Framework Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Design Patterns
• Extensive experience with: Spring Framework Spring BootSpring MVC
• Expertise in modern application architectures: Microservices Architecture RESTful API Design & Development Event-Driven Architecture
• Database experience with: Oracle MySQL
• Messaging and integration technologies: Apache Kafka RabbitMQ
• Strong understanding of delivery best practices: Agile/Scrum methodologies Code Reviews Technical Leadership and Ownership Release and Deployment Governance
