This position combines engineering leadership with product ownership responsibilities within a critical financial platform. You will play a key role in shaping and evolving our internal financial system that supports investment decision-making and strategies.
Acting as both a Development Manager and a Product Owner, you will lead a team of engineers while also driving the vision, priorities, and roadmap of a central financial application used by business stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong hands-on background
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams
- Strong technical expertise in .NET Core and React
- Experience working on complex, business-critical systems with ongoing development and evolution
- Good understanding of financial or investment-related domains (e.g. funding, collateral, investment environments)
- Ability to combine technical leadership with product thinking and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
