Technical Delivery Manager
About the role
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager responsible for leading cross-functional engineering teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, BAs, Support) in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality software and IT projects. Bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution, you will manage end-to-end delivery, enforce Agile and SDLC standards, and ensure seamless system deployments.

About you
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 7+ years of experience in IT Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, or Engineering Leadership
7+ years of hands-on background in Software Development and Software Engineering (tech stack agnostic / open to any programming language)
7+ years of expertise in Agile SDLC governance, Scrum practices, and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Proven experience managing enterprise system integrations, microservices, cloud projects, and API flow designs
Strong leadership, risk management, and client/stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business leaders
