Technical Delivery Project Manager (ICT System Integration)

Job Summary

Lead and manage projects by controlling schedules, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer communications to drive project milestones and enhance satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Control overall project schedules and proactively manage risks to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes
• Manage operations service level agreements (SLA), daily project activities, and departmental coordination to maintain smooth workflows
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with R&D center, office teams, large project groups, and director’s office to align project goals
• Engage with customers at multiple levels to establish shared milestones, optimize resource allocation, and jointly promote project progress
• Monitor and address any project delays to minimize impact on delivery timelines
• Develop and finalize on-site customer plans, including testing, acceptance, migration, and documentation in collaboration with SC and engineering managers
• Evaluate project team member suggestions and allocate project rewards based on performance and contributions

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proven experience in project management with strong coordination and communication skills in relavant sector
• Proficiency in project operations workflows and tools such as Jira
